Nicole’s passion is facilitating environments of safety and vulnerability so that leaders and teams can courageously identify obstacles keeping them from maximum potential. With expertise both in individual and systems health, her skill as a coach and facilitator allow her to help organizations identify the actual problem and discover innovative solutions.

Nicole’s clients are encouraged to work toward understanding themselves in order to effectively lead others. Nicole employs a broad range of approaches from both counseling and leadership development, and is known for facilitating innovative thinking that bring individuals and teams to breakthrough insights. Working with Nicole, leaders should expect to be both inspired and challenged to think deeper and work harder to achieve their preferred outcomes.

As a sought-after speaker for groups from 6-6,000, Nicole’s down-to-earth style approach allows even the largest room to feel conversational. Her experience at asking the right questions and creating print and visual content that moves groups toward health and success gives helpful steps that allow change to stay relevant long after the engagement. Nicole is the author of several books focused on spiritual transformation, and a featured speaker through Right Now Media and Punchline.

Prior to partnering with Safe Harbor, Nicole’s work has focused on startups of all kinds, from new business ventures, catalytic events and capital campaigns, both in nonprofit, for-profit and ministry settings, including executive leadership for Hope Church in Richmond, VA. She holds degrees from the College of William and Mary and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Nicole and her husband, Dave, live in Richmond, VA with their three children and two pups.
