With expertise both in individual and systems health, her skill as a coach and facilitator allow her to help organizations identify the actual problem and discover innovative solutions.

Prior to partnering with Safe Harbor, Nicole’s work has focused on startups of all kinds, from new business ventures, catalytic events and capital campaigns, both in nonprofit, for-profit and ministry settings, including executive leadership for Hope Church in Richmond, VA. She holds degrees from the College of William and Mary and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Nicole and her husband, Dave, live in Richmond, VA with their three children and two pups.
