For more than 35 years, Keith Cureton has worked in the global transportation industry across multiple disciplines, including operations, strategic planning, M&A integration, risk management and compliance & ethics. Most recently, Keith served as the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer for UPS, which included oversight of all domestic and international compliance programs for employees, customers, and vendors. He directed a team of compliance professionals, managing offices in Singapore, Brussels, Dubai, Miami and Atlanta. Prior to this position, Keith served as Director of Enterprise Risk Management at UPS, reporting to the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors.
Keith’s advisory practice includes areas involving governance, risk and compliance. As an advisor Keith seeks to provide executives direction and insight from his three-plus decades of experience in managing global teams and operations for Fortune 500 companies. Keith is especially effective in equipping leaders in creating positive change across large numbers of people and multiple geographic regions.
He is a frequent speaker on subjects around leadership, compliance and ethics, change management and enterprise risk management.
Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Malone University, a Masters of Business Administration from Franklin University, and a Masters in Project Management from George Washington University.
Keith and his wife, Dr. Deborah Burdick-Cureton, live in South Atlanta, Georgia. They have four adult children and seven grandchildren.
